Born and raised on Long Island, I've experienced over 20 years of customer service in a variety of industries, including retail, corporate, food service and construction.

My career goal is primarily customer relations, with a focus on areas such as call center/customer service etiquette and quality assurance, business management relationship building in a corporate environment.

I pride myself in innovative communication skills,
original problem solving and service improvement
techniques as well as the proven ability to provide
new insight to frontline and management staff.

In addition to my professional career, I am currently
in my 20th year serving as a Class "A", interior
structural firefighter and chauffeur in the Volunteer
Fire Service on Long Island, experiencing all
types of emergency situations as well as obtaining
hundreds of hours of training and seminars to
better serve the community.
